Extended Care (6:30am – 8:30am and 12:15 – 5:30pm) is available to Summer Program campers who need to arrive prior to 8:30am and/or stay after 12:15pm.

 

During Extended Care, students will be involved in playing board games; playing sports in the gym and outside (weather depending); watching movies (G and PG rated); engaging in art projects; reading and other appropriate activities. We will structure each day with different camp-type activities.

 

Extended Care rates:

              Morning Care (6:30 – 8:45am) -       $30 per week

              Afternoon Care (12:00 – 5:30pm) -  $105 per week

              Both Morning & Afternoon Care -   $120 per week

 

              Drop-in rates:      Morning Care -     $15/child/morning

                                               Afternoon Care -  $30/child/afternoon

 

Extended Care fees will be due weekly by the first day of each week that you are utilizing before and/or after-care. Advance registration is not required, but is appreciated for Extended Care. Registration and Payment for Extended Care can be made online using the link provided on this page above.  Registration and payment can be made daily, weekly and/or for multiple weeks.  If you register/pay and then need to cancel, payments will be refunded in full less the credit card processing fee.  Feel free to wait until you know for sure that you will need to utilize Extended Care to register/pay.

 

There will be a mandatory $1 per minute fee (per child) for students who are picked after 5:30pm. This fee is to be paid when the child is picked up. If a fee is not paid at that time, the child(ren) may not return to class/camp until the fee is paid.

 

Lunch: Students in After Care must bring a lunch with them. It will be stored in their locker, unless it needs to be refrigerated, in which case it will be stored in the kitchen upon request. Lunch is served at 12:30.

 

Snack: A snack will be served at 3:00pm.
